Everton's assistant club doctor has declared insects as his main opposition over here in Columbus!Dr Jonathan Thomas is over here in Columbus with the squad and although, thankfully, he's had precious few problems to deal with, he has been waging war against the local insect population! Everything's fine but we have had a real problem with insect bites and  Cheap Fifa 16 Coins we are expecting a bigger problem with them in Dallas,  he said. 

We'll just have to make sure that we have plenty of repellent spray. We give the players plenty of it before we start training and then we give anti-histamines to those who have bitten. The heat hasn't really been a problem thus far,  said Dr Thomas.  It hasn't really been a humid heat so the lads are not getting too dehydrated. The temperature and the humidity will both rise in Dallas and so the solution will be fluids and more fluids.  The players need to keep drinking water even when they are not thirsty and the medical and fitness people will be bullying them to make sure they do so.

It's so important and we will be testing the hydration levels regularly. Just like every other member of staff of the USA tour, the Doc had to bring a lot of equipment across the Atlantic with him.He reckons he's got most potential problems covered.
